How are disability rights not protected in a constitutional democracy? It turns out that the U.S. government has no requirement to enforce disability rights laws. The U.S. Justice Department is setting aside disability discrimination cases as they can no longer afford enforcement. Big tax cuts for billionaire conglomerates seem to have a higher priority. Is that in the constitution? Relaxing truck safety laws which were poorly enforced anyway will equal more deaths and severely disabled citizens. Now those citizens will cost us less if they have fewer civil rights. We had near 99% non-enforcement of disability rights under the previous administration so we have not taken the major fall you would expect. Either party and usually both forget about disabled citizens for corporate citizens, that is in the constitution right?
